Super quick Jam Goddess protein smoothie

Have you ever run out of fruit but wanted a fruity low sugar protein shake?

Just use our Summerfruit & Chia to make an innocently indulgent low sugar protein smoothie packed with flavour!


Ingredients – The Jam Goddess

1 scoop of your favourite protein powder
250ml of rice milk (or water)
1 tbsp of Summerfruit & Chia
1/2 banana

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
